Job Description:

5 plus years of experience as a Controlling Manager
Venteon Finance is currently seeking an Operational Controlling Manager for a leading manufacturing company. This position is responsible to ensure all financial controls are in place for general, property and cost accounting, internal auditing, and budget to enable company to meet current goals and objectives as well as make sound business decisions regarding future growth.
Requirements of the Operational Controlling Manager

Bachelor's degree in accounting
7 plus years' work experience in a Manager capacity.
Works extremely well in a team-based environment
Thorough understanding of accounting/auditing principles, tax legislation, etc.
Understanding and use of the applicable Shopfloor and Office Management pillars and standards, and active participation in all applicable Shopfloor and Office Management meetings and activities.
Advanced Excel skills required, i.e. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP
Knowledge of SAP preferred
