organization in Murfreesboro, is seeking a Controller . Laid-back,
casual atmosphere with work/life balance. On-site role with
flexible hours. The salary goes up to $120,000 depending on
experience. Benefits include 401 (k) match, as well as health,
dental, life, vision, and disability insurance. Permanent direct
hire. Overview of the Controller Role: Oversee the accounting
department, including managing five direct reports. Perform
accounting, including month-end close, budgets, financial
reporting, etc. Oversee payroll, AP, and accounting staff. Working
with external auditors Report to the Owner. Qualifications for the
Controller: Accounting experience from A-Z. Leadership experience.
