This isn’t a “journal entry” seat—this is a leadership role for someone who can manage complexity and thrive in a fast-changing environment. What You’ll Do: Lead and own the full-cycle monthly and quarterly financial close process Drive improvements in inventory accounting practices across multiple locations Support audit readiness and lead the audit process alongside the Controller Contribute to and support the debt raise process with key financial deliverables Partner on mergers and acquisitions—due diligence, integration, and reporting Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of accounting professionals Drive process improvements to bring scalability to a rapidly growing business Collaborate cross-functionally to support the Controller and CFO What You’ll Bring: 7 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a leadership role Strong experience in inventory accounting (required) Proven ability to lead financial close end-to-end—not just entries Experience working in or with private equity-backed companies preferred M&A experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit processes, and ERP systems Experience supporting debt raises or similar financial transactions Ability to pivot in an evolving business and lead through ambiguity A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a team-first mindset Interested in hearing more?
