Growth opportunities High visibility to C-Suite Impact role REMOTE - must be commutable to Nashville Job Details Job Details: This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of our strategic decision-making process by providing accurate financial information and insights. The role requires 5 years of experience in the field, and the candidate must be well-versed in dashboards, Financial Modeling, FP&A, variance analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support our management team in making business decisions. 2. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, and conduct variance analysis to understand differences in actual vs. budgeted financial performance. 3. Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs for budgeting and forecasting and provide financial insights. 4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. 5. Create and Utilize dashboards to visualize and present data in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. 6. Continually improve the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets. 7. Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems, ensuring they meet business needs and improve efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role 2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. 3. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, including understanding of financial concepts and ability to manage large data. 4.
