This Finance & Operations Coordinator Role: Direct collaboration
with senior leadership, including the CFO Your voice matters -
suggest improvements and help shape workflows Relaxed,

no two days are the same What You'll Be Doing as the Finance &
Operations Coordinator : Oversee daily transactions, including
billing, receivables, and payables Process payroll accurately and
on schedule Reconcile accounts and ensure records are up to date
Serve as a go-to for staff questions related to pay and payments
What You Bring to the Finance & Operations Coordinator Role: Must
have hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts
Payable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations Prior experience in
bookkeeping or general accounting Strong multitasking and
organizational skills Comfortable handling confidential data with
integrity Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset If
