Utilizes internal and external resources to meet client needs in areas like Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Investment Management, Risk Management, and General Planning. Articulates our distinctive value proposition to potential clients and strives to position the firm as their trusted financial advisor. Actively develops and strengthens connections within the community. Builds and nurtures strong relationships with custodial retail branches in partnership with the national team. Leads a local service team with strong collaboration to ensure high client retention and satisfaction, maintaining an unwavering focus on exceptional service. Qualifications: Must be a Certified Financial Planner and minimum of a Bachelor's degree Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial and/or estate planning within a professional financial services company or wealth management firm.
