Receivable Specialist Compensation The pay rate for this position
is $24.94 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees
after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is
available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our
eligibility dates Accounts Receivable Specialist Highlights This
position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on
permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
Onsite position located in Nashville, TN Shift: Around 7:00–8:00 AM
start time, 8-hour workday (Monday–Friday) Accounts Receivable
Specialist Responsibilities Accurately post cash receipts to
customer accounts Perform daily reconciliations and resolve
discrepancies Call insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or
incorrectly posted claims Process customer invoicing and record
payments Support team with project-based assignments and back-up
duties as needed Communicate effectively with customers to resolve
overdue payments Answer incoming calls professionally and assist
with inquiries Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements At least
1 year of accounts receivable and cash posting experience Strong
data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Understanding
of the revenue cycle process Strong communication and
problem-solving skills High School Diploma or GED Mandatory
attendance for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Experience with healthcare or insurance-related accounts receivable
