Position Overview: We are seeking a Tax Partner to lead a high-performing tax practice focused on complex partnership taxation, personal and business tax planning, and client advisory services for middle-market and large pass-through clients, with the opportunity to expand service capabilities and strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients. ? Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality technical guidance and strategic tax planning. ? Support and develop managers and staff through coaching, mentoring, and team leadership. ? Expand the practice by leveraging existing relationships and developing new business opportunities. ? Collaborate with other firm leaders to enhance service offerings and client experience. ? Provide oversight on complex partnership tax matters, including RECON experience (a plus). ? Uphold firm values through exceptional service, integrity, and client stewardship. Qualifications: ? Active CPA license required. ? Extensive experience with complex partnership tax law. ? RECON experience is a plus. ? Demonstrated excellence in client service and engagement execution. ? Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development capabilities. ? Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. ? Proven ability to collaborate with partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
