Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $36.00 per hour Commission and Bonuses!
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid HVAC technician
certification or relevant trade school training. At least 2 years
of experience in HVAC service and repair. Preferred Qualifications:
EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Experience with
advanced HVAC control systems. Customer service experience in a
technical field. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and
repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and
ventilation systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system
malfunctions and implement effective solutions. Communicate with
clients to explain service procedures, provide estimates, and
recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records
of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. Stay updated
on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance
service delivery. Skills: The required skills for this position
include strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, which will be
applied daily in diagnosing and repairing equipment. Effective
communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain
complex technical issues to clients in an understandable manner.
Problem-solving abilities will be utilized to identify issues
quickly and implement efficient solutions. Attention to detail is
crucial for maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all
work meets industry standards. Preferred skills, such as
familiarity with advanced control systems, will enhance your
ability to provide comprehensive service and support to our
clients. Compensation details: 21-36 Hourly Wage
