contractor in the Nashville market, is seeking a skilled
Superintendent to oversee high-end tenant improvement and interior
renovation projects. This is a great opportunity to join a company

Description Manage on-site construction activities for interior
renovation and tenant build-out projects. Coordinate
subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure seamless
execution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in
compliance with OSHA and company standards. Conduct daily
walkthroughs, quality checks, and progress reporting. Serve as the
on-site liaison between project managers, clients, and trades.
Profile 5 years of superintendent experience in commercial
interiors or tenant improvement. Strong knowledge of interior
systems, finishes, and fast-track construction. Ability to read and
interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications. Excellent
communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in construction
management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid). Job Offer
