Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction Are you an experienced Estimator ready to take on a leadership role in a thriving, forward-thinking construction firm? What You’ll Be Doing: As the Senior Estimator , you’ll be the go-to expert during preconstruction—owning the estimating process from concept to close. Projects typically range from $5M to $50M , with the occasional challenge of pricing jobs up to $100M . Lead all aspects of estimating on assigned projects Break down plans, specs, and drawings into clear, accurate cost estimates Partner with architects, engineers, and leadership to define scope and pricing strategies Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids Contribute insights on value engineering and bid strategy to give your team the edge ?
