We serve homeowners across Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson’s Station, College Grove, and Columbia , providing professional home repair, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry services. What You’ll Do Complete a wide range of residential repair and maintenance projects Troubleshoot issues and recommend the best repair solutions Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, basic plumbing, light electrical, and general handyman tasks Communicate clearly with clients and deliver a professional, friendly experience Use our online tools and mobile app to track jobs, update notes, and document work Maintain a clean workspace, ensure jobsite safety, and uphold company standards Represent Honey Do Service with honesty, reliability, and craftsmanship clients can count on What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in home repair, handyman work, maintenance, carpentry, or a similar trade Strong knowledge of general home systems (doors, drywall, fixtures, trim, etc.) Ability to diagnose issues and independently execute repairs Comfortable interacting with homeowners and providing top-notch customer service Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic tool set (company provides specialty tools) Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time well Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical work safely Preferred but not required: Light plumbing and electrical skills, previous handyman/technician experience, or experience with Jobber or similar service software.
