Compensation: $95,000$130,000 annually, plus bonus, commensurate

and hospitality projects. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager with a strong background in retail
hospitality and restaurant construction, including full-service
restaurants, upscale dining, bars, lounges, and entertainment
venues. This role is responsible for guiding commercial
construction projects from early planning through final completion,
maintaining control of costs, schedules, trade coordination,
kitchen installations, and client communication in dynamic,
high-expectation settings. What Youll Be Doing (Key
Responsibilities) \tManage projects from start to close-out,
including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors \tLead
preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and bid
management for hospitality-focused projects \tCoordinate with
superintendents, consultants, and trade partners to keep projects
moving efficiently and aligned with project goals \tServe as the
main point of contact; manage RFIs, change directives, and cost
tracking \tManage sourcing and installation of commercial kitchen
equipment, millwork packages, and custom finishes \tEnsure
compliance with health codes, life-safety regulations, ADA
requirements, and brand-specific standards \tMaintain clear and
accurate project documentation using Procore or similar platforms

qualifications: \t5 years of Project Management experience in
commercial retail hospitality \tPMP certification and/or
construction-related degree, not required \tStrong knowledge of
interior build-outs and ground-up construction \tComfort working in
active or phased restaurant environments \tWorking knowledge of
commercial kitchen systems, including grease waste, exhaust hoods,
fire suppression, specialty plumbing, and high-load electrical \t
Strong grasp of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and
cost management principles \tProficiency with Procore and
scheduling tools such as Outbuild \tFamiliarity with MS Project and
Microsoft Office; BIM/Revit exposure is a plus \tClear,
professional communication skills and confidence interacting with
clients and partners \tStrong organizational skills,
self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a
