composites markets. What you’ll do as a Customer Support
Specialist: As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be the
primary point of contact for our customers, supporting order entry,
product inquiries, problem resolution, and service excellence. You
will work closely with sales, logistics, and operations to ensure
smooth order processing and a world-class customer experience. This
role is essential to strengthening NAC’s partnerships and
delivering on our commitment to exceptional service. What you can
expect to do as a Customer Support Specialist: Serve as the main
contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online
channels. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
through our internal systems. Provide product information, pricing,
lead times, and delivery updates. Coordinate with sales, supply
chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure
on-time delivery. Assist customers with returns, credits, and order
adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate customer account
information and documentation. Proactively identify and communicate
potential service disruptions or opportunities for improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers through professional,
friendly, and solution-focused communication. Support various
administrative tasks and reporting as required. What we are looking
for in a Customer Support Specialist: 2 years of customer service,
order entry, inside sales support, or administrative support
experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High
attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment. Experience working in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or
similar is a plus). Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with
cross-functional teams. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and
commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency
with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). High school
diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Why IP
