Description:We have a need for an Automation Engineering Technician on off-shift to support current production of an automotive Tier One supplier. The primary and day-to-day responsibilities of the position are as follows:--- Daily support of manufacturing process equipment and controls.--- Onsite problem solving in real time.--- Communication with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure knowledge of issues.--- Monitor and collect data in support of improvement activities.--- Schedule and run trial parts.--- Submit parts to testing lab for analysis.--- Development and modification of robot programs.--- Troubleshooting equipment issues with PLC monitoring software.Skills:mechatronicsplc troubleshootingroboticsAutomationautomotive industryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

• AS or BS in Mechatronics Engineering with the ability to speak to their understanding of troubleshooting both PLCs and Roboticsor
