Description:
We have a need for an Automation Engineering Technician on
off-shift to support current production of an automotive Tier One
supplier. The primary and day-to-day responsibilities of the
position are as follows:
--- Daily support of manufacturing process equipment and
controls.
--- Onsite problem solving in real time.
--- Communication with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure
knowledge of issues.
--- Monitor and collect data in support of improvement
activities.
--- Schedule and run trial parts.
--- Submit parts to testing lab for analysis.
--- Development and modification of robot programs.
--- Troubleshooting equipment issues with PLC monitoring
software.
