    • 4 to 6+ years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
    • AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design of residential developments, master planning, entitlements, multi-family developments, commercial site design, infrastructure design - Concept plans and civil layout for residential subdivisions, multi-family developments and commercial/industrial developments - Plan production & project management during the approval process through each municipal, governmental or private entity - Develop written specifications, construction contracts, SWPPP plan and documents, permit applications and performing construction administration services - Work closely with CAD technicians to develop plans - Review & approves shop drawings, product submittals, and RFI'sInterested in hearing more?
