Job Description:
A Fortune 100 Consumer Products Company is in search of a
Thermal Process Engineer.The candidate must have a thorough
knowledge of frozen/refrigerated food production equipment for
processing unit operations as well a good understanding of
regulatory requirements of a food production facility.You should
have an understanding of Thermal Processing of Foods in various
food categories including Risk Assessment and Current Industry Best
practices. Also, you will monitor systems within ovens for food
products.You will be responsible for the mass and energy transfer
for heating and freezing applications of food products.
Bachelor's in Engineering .
A minimum of 4 years of related engineering experience in the food
industry.
Knowledge of CFD/CHT a plus (Ansys-Fluent, COMSOL, etc.)
Certified CAPM is a plus
