Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Automation Specialist to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our industrial automation systems. This role involves working closely with our engineering team to develop and implement automated systems and processes that increase efficiency and reduce costs. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as a strong familiarity with Allen Bradley, Industrial Automation, HMI, and robotics. Responsibilities: 1. Design, implement, and maintain automated systems and processes in line with company objectives. 2. Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and identify potential areas for improvement. 3. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with automation systems. 4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative automation solutions. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for system upgrades as necessary. 7. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. 8. Ensure all automation systems comply with industry safety and quality standards. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. 3. Proven experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. 4. Proficiency in Allen Bradley, Industrial Automation, HMI, and robotics. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Strong knowledge of industry safety and quality standards. 10. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technology.
