Competitive Pay Benefits Small Team Environment Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by optimizing our manufacturing processes and systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative solutions that will enhance our manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall performance. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Process Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Analyzing and evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements. 2. Applying principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. 3. Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. 4. Assessing processes for their relevance, and assessing the adequacy of engineering equipment. 5. Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes. 6. Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. 7. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues. 8. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of process improvements and new processes. 9. Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques. 10. Ensuring all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times. Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience with Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Project Management methodologies. 4. Strong knowledge of process simulations and engineering software packages. 5. Demonstrated ability to design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes. 6. Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability. 7. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing. 8. Strong project management and organizational skills. 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 10. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
