Job Description:
Job Description Onin Staffing is looking to fill the following
position. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining facilities
and equipment by performing routine repairs, troubleshooting
issues, and ensuring the functionality of manufacturing machinery
and equipment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Routine
Maintenance and Repairs. 2. Performing scheduled maintenance. 3.
Inspecting equipment, lubricating parts, cleaning systems, and
replacing worn-out components. 4. Responding to service requests.
5. Addressing reports of broken or faulty items, and scheduling
repairs. 6. Making repairs. 7. Fixing manufacturing equipment and
machinery. 8. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. 9.
Identifying the cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing
solutions. 10. Ensuring safety standards. 11. Inspecting equipment
for safety hazards and taking corrective action. 12. Building and
Equipment Maintenance. 13. Maintaining inventory. 14. Managing
tools, spare parts, and supplies needed for repairs. 15. Scheduling
and coordinating repairs. 16. Working with internal staff and
external contractors to schedule repairs and maintain equipment.
17. Installing and dismantling equipment. 18. Following blueprints
and layout plans to install, dismantle, or move machinery. 19.
Working with various tools and equipment. 20. Using hand tools,
power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs. 21.
Other Responsibilities. 22. Maintaining records. Documenting work
performed, equipment status, and maintenance schedules. 23.
Collaborating with other departments: Working with facility
managers, engineers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
24. Staying current with industry standards and best practices:
Following safety protocols and staying up to date with the latest
technology. HOURS AND PROVISIONS: Business Hours 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
and some extended hours and weekends as needed. DESIRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous automotive experience and must be familiar
with all aspects of quality. PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D’s, etc.
Experience with IATF16949 a plus. You must have a bachelor's degree
in engineering and/or maintenance. Computer experience is a must.
