Technician Job Description The position requires good
troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, electronics, and
pneumatic systems. Candidates must be capable of working with
computers and robots. Previous experience with CMMS Software or
robotics is preferred. Responsibilities Operate, repair, and
maintain equipment in the assigned area. Complete all assigned
preventive maintenance tasks. Assist, train, and support all
production needs. Repair machine breakdowns in a timely manner.
Possess 480v experience; PLC experience is a plus, though no
programming and limited troubleshooting will be required. Utilize
basic Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Word, and Maintenance
Connections Software. Essential Skills Proficiency in maintenance,
mechanical, electrical, repair, and troubleshooting. Experience
with hydraulics and pneumatics. Knowledge of CMMS Software. High
School Diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Technical
Degree Preferred (TCAT, Trades). Robotics experience. Why Work

This role is based in a large packaging and distribution facility
housing around 600 employees, with numbers increasing to 1000
during the peak season from October to December. The facility is
not temperature-controlled, so it can get hot during the summer
months. The shift is from Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 2:30 AM. Job
Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La
Vergne, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
