(includes base salary performance bonuses, plus relocation

negativity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor technicians,
assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring high standards
of workmanship and safety. Oversee shop workflow, from diagnostics
to repairs, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime for
import and domestic vehicles. Troubleshoot complex issues, provide
technical guidance, and collaborate with service advisors on
estimates and customer needs. Conduct quality inspections, maintain
accurate records, and implement process improvements to boost
productivity. Enforce shop policies, manage inventory, and
coordinate with management on scheduling and resource allocation.
Stay ahead of automotive trends and technologies to train the team
and uphold superior service quality. Qualifications We Value 8
years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with at
least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role. Expert mechanical
knowledge in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for all makes
and models. Proven leadership abilities with a history of team
motivation, conflict resolution, and performance enhancement.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with shop management software, warranties, and safety
protocols. ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent is
highly preferred. Physical Demands Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in
a fast-paced shop environment, and remain active throughout the
