The ideal Director of Marketing and Public Relations: --- Strong communicator through verbal and written communication --- Analytical thinker who can think outside the box --- Driven to develop, share, and implement new ideas that better Roscoe Brown --- Experienced in Digital Marketing and Social Media planning --- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field (required) --- Passionate about our community members and partnerships --- One to three years of related business experience (required) Roscoe Brown Director of Marketing and Public Relations Benefits --- Health Insurance, 401K, & PTO --- Community involvement --- Personal Development --- Company paid phone & laptop --- Endless opportunities for learning & leadership growth Requirements and skills required for Director of Marketing and Public Relations - (included, but not limited to): --- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis. --- Works with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs. --- Work closely with advertising agency in coordinating SEO, website content, social media, (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp) etc. --- Work closely with radio, television and print media under contract and maintain a relationship with associates at media outlets. --- Maintain effective internal communications and ensure company employees are kept informed of current marketing campaigns and objectives. --- Coordinate annual marketing strategy and budget for all company locations (Murfreesboro, Tullahoma, McMinnville, Nashville) in line with company objectives. --- Collaborate with HR and recruiter to plan and promote recruiting marketing strategies. --- Maintain membership in outside organizations and attend community events for Roscoe Brown. --- Maintain and coordinate Customer Retention Programs. --- Collects data from customers and sales records, to target new markets and develop new promotions. --- Collaborate with leadership team weekly to discuss and implement seasonal campaigns, report on success of current campaigns, report statistics to leadership team of status of campaigns.
