Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Program Manager - Retail who will be responsible for Managing the Quality Engineering program of 150 - 200 team members across the domain and implement the QA roadmap and strategy.

This is a Onsite position, Candidate has to report onsite in Nashville, TN on Day 1.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software applications from quality engineering and quality assurance point of view.
* Work with domain Leads and understand the pain areas across the domain and implement the QA roadmap and strategy.
* Drive Automation initiatives across the portfolio.
* Identification of suitable tools and technologies for automation testing along with designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks
* Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams and Manage customer stakeholders.
* Manage Risk management, Scope management, Issue management of the Overall Delivery.
* Managing schedule and budget for the projects and delivering metrics to customer
* Drive weekly, monthly and Quarter meeting with customer.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
* 18+ years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Large Retail Clients.
* Should be efficient and strong to handle program and manage multiple projects across different Lines of Business across Retail
* Large program management expertise and experience leading multi-year programs, multi-vendor teams
* Vast experience in drivingdigital transformation in QA and ability to identify innovative solution and drive their customized development to accelerate delivery
* Experience working in a client-facing role and on multiple projects concurrentlyand working in offshore based delivery model
* Experience creating program level strategies for multi-year, complex modernization initiatives
* Consulting expertise, experience handling multiple stakeholders in executive leadership teams at levels of VPs and above
* Strong leadership and communication skills and Ability to handle & drive 150 to 200 FTE team across portfolio.

Preferred Skills/Qualification:
* Familiarity with automation framework & tools
* PMP certified.
* SAFe - Expert level certified.
* Ability to understand and handle Gen AI
* Ability to conduct mind share & knowledge share.
