You'll partner closely with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors while representing the company's high standards of professionalism and performance.Your key responsibilities will include:Creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.Leading project meetings, RFIs, and change order processes.Collaborating with design teams on design-build projects to find cost-effective solutions.Tracking performance and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Acting as a proactive, solution-oriented leader throughout the preconstruction and construction phases.Schedule & TravelMonday-Friday, typically between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Work out of our Nashville office with occasional local and regional travel (within 75-mile radius) plus projects sites within the Southeast that require 1-2 night stay.Ready to Build Your Future?At T.W.
