  Job Summary:
  
  
  • You will
    participate in Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
  • You will work with
    Business office to manage payment issues of third party payers.
  • You will
    communicate with third party payers to review patients' care.
  • You will act as a
    liaison with patients, physicians, and Program Coordinator to keep them
    informed of care issues, such as discharge plans, insurance reviews, etc.
  • You will actively
    work with treatment team to assist patient and family with discharge plans.

    -Qualifications
    Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
    Current RN licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing
    Minimum of 2 years med-surg experience
