We want you to apply now!We are a 10Bed unit that specializes in providing exceptional care immediately postoperatively for patients that undergo general surgery, ortho-spine surgery, total joint and other orthopedic surgeries, urology procedures, vascular surgery, gynecologic surgery, podiatric surgery, endoscopy procedures, non-open-heart cardiac catheterization procedures, TEE and Cardioversion procedures, and interventional radiological procedures.Job Summary:
• You will perform jobs with patient/family/physician satisfaction in mind and will workto get the facility in the top 95% percentile scores of the nation.
• You will follow all regulatory policies such as CMS, TJC, Core Measures, and state regulations.
• You will demonstrate the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the competency validation checklist(s).
• You will demonstrate population specific knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients.

• Social skills to positively engage with your patients, guests, physicians, and other employees
• Your degree from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (B.S. or A.S.)
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing
• Current BLS (All RNs)
• Current ACLS
• ICU, ER, or PACU experience required
