Job Description:
Description
The Home Health RN, 7/On is responsible for the nightly/weekend
calls dispatched from the answering service during those hours
other than normal working hours. The Home Health RN, 7/On work
assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and
independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Home Health RN, 7/On will discuss patient needs and
expectations with patient and family and/or physician, responsible
for assuring compliance to regulatory standards, policies and
procedures as well as the coordination of care and supervision of
the patient care. Understands department, segment, and
organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their
linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work
methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal
direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established
guidelines/procedures.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and less than 5
years of technical experience
