Livingston Regional Hospital, located just outside Cookeville, in Livingston, TN, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible general Orthopedic Surgeon to join their employed medical staff. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, the hospital serves a five-county area in central Tennessee and southern Kentucky. The incoming physician will walk into an existing hospital-employed practice and patient base as the sole provider of orthopedic services in the community. Details: --- Hospital employed position covering one hospital --- Established practice with existing patient base --- Bread and butter orthopedics (no robotics) --- Open to subspecialties - total joints and/or sports medicine but not required --- Hospitalist program for admissions --- 10 days of ED call (minimal) --- Additional call coverage is paid --- Base salary + work RVU model --- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment assistance --- Educational stipends for early commitment while in training Livingston: --- Livingston is located between Nashville and Knoxville, TN, 20 minutes north of Cookeville --- Offers abundance of outdoor activities, affordable housing options, and small town charm --- Dale Hollow Lake - fishing, swimming, boating (named lake in the country for boating!) --- Overton County has a population just over 22,000 --- Family oriented community
