*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, hospice, and home community care. Experience with sterile processing, ICD-10 coding, administering injections, and knowledge of behavioral health is highly desirable.*Responsibilities** Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians* Administer medications and injections as prescribed* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team* Assist in medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans* Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques*Experience** Previous experience in a variety of healthcare settings such as inpatient, outpatient, hospice, and home community care*Contract Weeks- 9**Guarantee - 36 **This is a fill in spot for vacations. 36hrs a week Shifts include 7am-7pm, 7am-3pm, and 3pm-11pm shifts. **This is not a set rotation. **Need flexibility.
