Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/06/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: Registered Nurse (Cardiac Tele/Stepdown) Ratios: - Cardiac Stepdown: 1:4–5 - Telemetry: 1:5–6 Blended Acuity: Mix of med-surg, telemetry, and step-down (telemetry is primary) Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 1 year of TELE required - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all required in hand) Required Skills: - Manage & titrate cardiac drips - Dysrhythmia interpretation & management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath & Angiogram care - Post-MI care - Blood product administration - Chest tube management (Emerson/Pleur-evac) - CVA management - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - ABG interpretation - Oxygen delivery systems: nasal cannula, face masks, portable tanks - Some Art Line management (preferred) "HCRR JG GM -2911591" About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
