Labor & Delivery RN Job Details - Location: Tullahoma, TN 37388
(Tennessee nursing jobs) - Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
(RN) - Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Start Date: November 10,
2025 - End Date: February 9, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift:
12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Hours per Week: 36 -
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule;
holidays as needed - Scrubs Provided - Estimated Weekly Salary
Range: $2,030 - $2,180 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee or compact state) -
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in a
hospital or clinical setting - Prior travel nursing experience
required - BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (American Heart
Association preferred) - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification (or
equivalent) - Experience with OB/GYN, Mother Baby, Antepartum, and
Postpartum care - Experience circulating Cesarean Sections;
scrubbing/assisting experience is a plus Labor & Delivery Nurse
Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring
mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns - Circulate for Cesarean
Sections and assist surgical teams as needed - Provide couplet care
and manage antepartum patients - Care for post-op GYN patients and
those over 20 weeks gestation - Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios
(1:1 for active labor, 1:2 for early labor, 1:6 for moms or well
babies) - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to
ensure high-quality patient outcomes - Adhere to hospital policies,
