Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Nights) Location: Manchester, TN Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our client to join their Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for direction of patient care in the medical surgical setting. · Consults with physicians, charge nurse and CNO on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. · Follows the five (5) medication rights and reduces the potential for medication errors · Prepares, hangs, monitors and discontinues IV fluids Qualifications: · Graduate of an accredited RN program · Current Tennessee RN license · Current BLS certification · One year of hospital experience preferred · Proficient in interpreting EKG, lab tests, etc. By applying, you consent to your information being transmitted by Veritone to the Employer, as data controller, through the Employer’s data processor SonicJobs.
