Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist Location: Manchester, Tennessee The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Manchester, TN to hire a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) . This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional respiratory care to patients of all ages. The therapist will perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and patient support. Responsibilities: Administer prescribed respiratory treatments, including oxygen, aerosol, and chest physiotherapy. Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, EKGs, and pulmonary function testing. Set up and monitor ventilators and other respiratory support equipment. Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to optimize patient care. Respond effectively to emergency and critical care situations. Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program . Current Tennessee license as a Registered (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) . ABG endorsement preferred. Prior clinical or hospital experience preferred. Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in fast-paced or emergency settings.
