Job Description Certification Details - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) Job Details - Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry I position at TNNAS ST Rutherford Hospital, part of Ascension Health in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. - Start date is January 5th, non-negotiable. - Work hours are either 36 or 48 hours per week. Job Requirements - Must have current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. - Completion of FACIS Questionnaire if any disciplinary actions exist. - Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start. - Must complete Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% score. - Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%. - Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding. - Completion of Ascension Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules. - Completion of Ascension Cerner Test-Out and Training Checklist with signed attestation. - Must provide forward facing badge photo with white or blue background. - Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted. - Fit Test required prior to start or onsite; updated annually. - Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination. - Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement. - Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray and annual TB questionnaire. - Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually. - Driver's License or State ID must be current and match address on file. - 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing required prior to start; TB questionnaire updated annually. - Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or immunity; no declinations accepted. - Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted. - Completion of Ascension Criminal Background Check including SSN trace, employment verification, OIG search, and national sex offender check. - Completion of Ascension EPLS within 90 days of start. - Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually. - Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start; updated annually. - Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start. - Third-party employment verification for past seven years; updated annually.
