Regional Float Pool - Full-Time - Night Shift The Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Regional Float Pool delivers
nursing care across various hospital facilities, focusing on adult
and geriatric patient needs. This full-time position on the night
shift involves clinical assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of tailored nursing care in a variety of settings,
including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and more. We provide flexible

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 No Contract Required Base Pay (Based on
Experience) PLUS Regional Float Pool Benefits AND Shift
Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for

Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical
Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular
Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department,
Behavioral Health, ICU, and more! Qualifications: Required
Education: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in the
state of practice, fulfilling all State Board of Nursing
requirements Experience: One year of recent bedside LPN experience
for Med/Surg roles For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum
of two years of recent bedside LPN experience is required.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic Certifications
(Required to Start): For Med/Surg: BLS For Critical Care: BLS, ACLS
For Emergency Department: BLS, ACLS, & PALS IV certification is
mandatory Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for
most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and
lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip
