Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,764 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; rotating float coverage as needed Highlights: 33-bed medical-surgical unit with manageable patient ratios: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights Supportive staffing model with 3 techs per shift and unit secretary support on day shift Standard med-surg equipment including IV pumps, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs Meditech documentation system for streamlined charting Opportunity to work in a well-established acute care facility Float rotation to appropriate clinical areas based on census needs Requirements: Current RN license in Tennessee (or eligibility for compact licensure) Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred BLS certification required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to practice in a dynamic medical-surgical environment with excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and strong ancillary support.
