Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time Behavior
Specialist position, specializing as a BCBA, offers a unique
opportunity to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting
located in Ooltewah, TN. Serving a caseload of 10-12 students, you
will play a critical role in shaping student success and behavioral
growth throughout the academic year, with a contract running
through May 21, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven
assessments. Supervise and mentor 1-2 Registered Behavior
Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent and effective application
of behavioral strategies. Collaborate closely with educators,
families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive behavioral
outcomes. Complete the required 4-day Therapeutic Crisis
Intervention System (TCIS) Training, sponsored by the district.
Monitor progress regularly, adjusting interventions as necessary to
meet student needs. Maintain thorough documentation and compliance
with relevant policies and licensure requirements. Qualifications
and Experience: Active BCBA licensure and national certification
are mandatory. Demonstrated experience working with K-12
populations in behavior analysis. Proven ability to supervise and
support Registered Behavior Technicians. Strong communication and
collaboration skills within educational settings. Commitment to

Work Schedule and Location: Onsite position in Ooltewah, TN.
Full-time, 35-37.5 hours per week. Typical hours are 7:15 AM to
