Clinical Lab Scientist Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Pride Health Pay: $35 to $39 per hour Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Medical Lab Scientist II - Core Lab (2nd Shift) to support our client’s medical facility in Nashville, TN. This is a 3-month assignment and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Summary: We are hiring a Medical Lab Scientist II - Core Lab (2nd Shift) to support our client, in their busy, high-volume setting in Nashville, TN. This is a generalist position covering Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Coagulation. Blood Bank experience is a strong plus. As part of a high-performing lab team, you will run instruments, perform quality control, maintain equipment, and support patient care with accurate lab results. Key Responsibilities: • Perform generalist lab testing: Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation • Operate and maintain lab instruments • Perform quality control (QC) and troubleshoot as needed • Support Blood Bank operations when applicable • Collaborate with Core Lab staff and hospital clinical teams Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology • 1 year of lab experience • ASCP or AMT Additional Information: • Location: Nashville, TN • Job Type: 03 Months (Contract to Hire) • Pay Range: $35 - $39 hourly • Shifts: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Full-Time *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
