May 17th-May 25th locum need for Radiologist in Pulaski, TN-1 week cover and 1 wk credentialing-$4,250 daily 14-hour call day-In house or 30 min response Profile for Radiology Locum Coverage $4,200 daily pay=$.30,000 gross for a week TN license only can apply 7-day Credentialing wait ONLY ! Market Radiology Length of call shift (14 hours): 14 hours Call start/stop time: 7am-9pm In-House Call: In-house Response time to be onsite (per by-laws/program requirements): 30 minutes Scheduled Hours for Clinic: N/A Expected Patients per day: 90 Days of Week: Varies Starting Hours: 7a-9p Stopping Hours: 9p EMR system in Clinics for charges: NA Situations when the on-call locum Radiologist would be called to the hospital: • For all reads Documentation of Patient Contact Hours (included call back hours included in the rate and charged call back hours) Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above. Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report was generated in an electronic health record. Overtime hours must be pre-approved by a manager or designee. Overtime is considered hours over 40 hours. Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back Call-back time does NOT include travel time to or from where they are being housed when responding to a hospital request. Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support (this means Market should not be charged for call back hours if a phys decides they want to stay in the hospital, but there is not the need for him/her to be there based on the criteria contained herein) If you have an interest and have TN license you can make $ 30,0000 for this one-week assignment !
