Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,257 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RN ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification required Must-Have: Ability to float between units/facilities Description: Start date is non-negotiable. Position requires 36 or 48 hours weekly. Float assignments may be required based on staffing needs. Travelers may be asked to float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius. Floating will be based on patient staffing needs, census, and acuity. Travelers will be notified before their scheduled shift if a float assignment is required. Unit capacity is 42 beds. Population served includes young adults through late adults (ages 18-60). Patients typically have diagnoses including chest pain, post kidney transplant, acute renal failure, congestive heart failure, GI bleed, pneumonia, myocardial infarction, and pulmonary disease. Patients may require mechanical ventilation and have comorbidities. Nurse to patient ratios are 1:2.
