Experience with adult and geriatric populations Description:
Immediate start required. The position involves working in a
state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility.
The facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of
individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness.
Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized
treatment for patients during their recovery journey. Customized,
intense rehabilitation is tailored to the needs of individuals
recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions,
trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The
goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through
comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The
patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics. The
typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with one to two weekend
shifts per month. The patient-to-therapist ratio is 6:1. Candidates
should possess flexibility and a dependable work ethic.
