Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee,

This position is for a registered nurse in a medical-surgical unit.
The unit has 30 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6. There
are 2-3 technicians per shift, along with a clinical coordinator,
charge nurse, manager, and director. The type of equipment includes
wound vacs, heparin gtt, suction devices, IV pumps, glucometers,
bladder scanners, feeding pumps, and telemetry. The documentation
system used is Editech. Candidates should be prepared for a
rotating schedule, including every other weekend and holiday.
Floating will occur between two designated units. A positive
attitude and commitment to meeting patient and family needs are
essential. Service recovery efforts are necessary when issues
arise, with escalation through the chain of command when needed.
The unit performs procedures such as lab draws and IV starts. The
required uniform consists of navy scrubs, with no fleece or
sweatshirts allowed. Recognition and awards include employee points
