in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Oncology Infusion
Nurse Manager to oversee our oncology infusion services. In this
vital role, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the
infusion therapy services provided to our patients. This
encompasses clinical supervision, ensuring compliance with the
highest standards of medical care, and leading initiatives to
enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. The
Oncology Infusion Nurse Manager will be instrumental in nurturing
an environment of compassionate care tailored to the needs of
oncology patients during their treatment journey. Oversee the daily
operations of the oncology infusion center Ensure adherence to all
federal, state, and local regulations and compliance with
healthcare standards Manage a team of oncology nurses, including
hiring, training, and performance evaluation Develop and implement
policies and procedures that improve service quality and efficiency
Coordinate with other healthcare teams to provide integrated care
Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement
improvements where necessary Administer budget and manage resources
effectively Lead clinical meetings and provide educational training
sessions to staff Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Profound knowledge
of oncology infusion treatments and protocols Ability to manage
multidisciplinary teams effectively Skilled in conflict resolution
and patient advocacy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Society (ONS) certification preferred BLS certified
