Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a premier healthcare provider
in Nashville, is seeking a passionate and quick-thinking Rapid
Response Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on
delivering immediate care during emergency situations, offering an
opportunity to make a substantial impact in critical care
scenarios, including cardiac events, respiratory distress, or other
acute conditions. Candidates will benefit from a dynamic work

across multiple healthcare disciplines. Respond promptly to
emergency alerts and requests for assistance within the hospital.
Perform rapid assessment of patients in critical conditions to
determine immediate care needs. Administer medications, perform
CPR, and provide other necessary emergency interventions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Document all interventions and patient
responses accurately in medical records. Participate in continuous
education and training to keep skills and knowledge current.
Contribute to the review and development of emergency response
protocols. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support
(BLS) Strong decision-making and prioritization Excellent
communication and teamwork skills Proficient in emergency room and
ICU practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in
Tennessee Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
