highly skilled emergency medicine (EM) medical director to guide
our dedicated team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians
in providing outstanding emergency care to the Sweetwater,
Tennessee, community. Role Overview - Provide clinical,
operational, and administrative leadership for the emergency
department (ED) - Balance direct patient care with strategic
oversight to ensure top-tier emergency services - Champion a
culture of quality, safety, efficiency, and compassionate care Key
Responsibilities - Oversee ED performance, including workflow
optimization and quality improvement initiatives - Lead, mentor,
and develop the physician and APC team - Ensure adherence to
clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices -
Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive departmental growth
and innovation - Support staffing, scheduling, and resource
