Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: October 30, 2025 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week with every other weekend; floating rotation as needed to meet hospital needs Highlights: Brand new observation unit with state-of-the-art equipment and technology 25-bed unit with 4:1 patient ratio on days and 5:1 on nights Fast-paced, energetic, and supportive team environment Meditech documentation system; Alaris Pumps, tele-tracking, B450 Monitors, and Pyxis Experience with neuro and cardiac patient populations preferred Recognition programs including Daisy Award for Nurses and employee appreciation initiatives Requirements: Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred Experience triaging acute care patients and identifying life-threatening rhythms Neuro and cardiac experience highly desired Proficiency in glucose monitoring, Foley insertion, dressing changes, EKGs, and peritoneal dialysis Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a newly established observation unit designed with cutting-edge technology and equipment to support exceptional patient care.
