Medical Director – Full-Time Psychiatrist (MD) Location: Pinewood Springs (with optional coverage at Franklin Clinic) Schedule: Monday – Friday Call: One Weekend per Month Salary Range: $360,000 – $385,000 (Additional compensation available for expanded responsibilities) Position Overview: Ally Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Medical Director (MD) to lead psychiatric services at Pinewood Springs . This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape inpatient behavioral health care while maintaining a balanced schedule and working with a strong clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Medical Director for Pinewood Springs, overseeing clinical operations and psychiatric care Provide direct psychiatric services to patients in an inpatient setting Participate in weekend call coverage one weekend per month (Optional) Expand role to include outpatient coverage at our Franklin Clinic , with additional compensation based on scope What We Offer: Competitive base salary: $300,000 – $350,000, with potential for additional earnings tied to expanded services or responsibilities Supportive team and leadership structure Opportunity to influence care delivery and program development Optional outpatient clinic work to diversify clinical scope and increase compensation Join Ally Psychiatry and help lead the delivery of high-quality mental health care at Pinewood Springs.
