Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,333 to $1,527 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title TRAVEL - RN - MED SURG - COST CENTER (647) City/State: Nashville, Tennessee Shift: 07:00-19:00, Days Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 01/19/2026 Job Description: This registered nurse role in the Med Surg unit requires providing care on a 25-bed unit, utilizing basic medical equipment, and documenting in Meditech. Floats over core staff as needed and requires four weekend shifts in a 4-week period. Responsibilities: Perform basic patient assessments and general care for wounds, tracheostomies, ostomies, drains, and chest tubes. Care for patients requiring dialysis or PCA pumps, with Heparin the only drip. Requirements: BLS and NIHSS certifications. Compliance with 100% medication scanning, monitoring standards, and patient safety protocols. COVID Vaccine required.
